- Marigold Houseware offers standard ground and rush delivery service via USPS and Fedex for most shipments. All items in stock will be shipped within 24-72 hours. Orders are sent out within 48-72 hours of your order being placed and upon confirmation of the item in stock. Orders arrive within 5-10 business days (excluding holidays), for orders in the continental United States, when places Monday through Friday before 5 p.m. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii arrive in 7-10 business days. Standard Ground Shipping charges start at $11.95 for purchases made up to $44, $14.95 for purchases $45-$98, $24.95 for $99-$149, $29.95 shipping for purchases $150-$199, $39.99 for purchases made $151-$200, $49.95 for purchases $201-$250 and, $75 for all purchases up to $400, for delivery to one address in the 48 contiguous states. $25 additional fee, for deliveries to Alaska or Hawaii. Orders arrive in 2-4 business days (excluding holidays) when orders are received by 5 p.m. PST Monday through Friday. Items over 15 pounds may incur an additional charge for standard and rush shipping. Customer Care will contact you if this is the case. Finally, for orders exceeding $400 we will have to assess the shipping cost prior to charging you. Generally we divide the shipping cost with our customer. It will depend on size and weight. Once we have an accurate estimate we will contact you for payment. No charges will be added without your approval.
- Store Pick Up
- You can pick up products from the store. Just select "Store Pick Up" at checkout, pay and once the item is ready, we will contact you for pick up (standard 2-3 days).
- Privacy & Security
- Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We assure you that your information will never be shared with anyone outside of the company. We value our customers and their trust in us.
- Returns & Replacements
- If you receive a product that is damaged, we will gladly provide you with a replacement within 15 days. We accept any returns and exchanges if you are unhappy with your product within 15 days of purchase. For damaged items, please email us a picture of the broken item and we will ship a replacement. However, it is imperative that you contact us with any issues with your product within 15 days of receipt. After that time, we are not responsible for damaged items. Often, we will require to open a ticket with the shipping company and you will obliged to hold on to your shipping packaging until the case is closed. We will keep you updated on how long to hold on to your package. Please contact us for a Return Form and accompany it with the original shipment and indicate the reason for return. All products must be returned in its original condition and unused.
