Standard Delivery
Marigold Houseware offers standard ground and rush delivery service via USPS and UPS for most shipments. All items in stock will be shipped within 24-72 hours. Orders are sent out within 48-72 hours of your order being placed and upon confirmation of the item in stock. FOR US Shipments:  Orders arrive within 5-10 business days (excluding holidays), for orders in the continental United States, when places Monday through Friday before 1 p.m. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii arrive in 7-14 business days. Orders arrive within 5-10 business days (excluding holidays), for orders in the continental United States, when places Monday through Friday before 1 p.m. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii arrive in 7-14 business days. A $25 additional fee, for deliveries to Alaska or Hawaii. Orders arrive in 2-5 business days (excluding holidays) when orders are received by 1 p.m. PST Monday through Friday. Items over 15 pounds may incur an additional charge for standard and rush shipping. Customer Care will contact you if this is the case. Finally, for orders exceeding $400 we will have to assess the shipping cost prior to charging you. Generally we divide the shipping cost with our customer.  It will depend on size and weight. Once we have an accurate estimate we will contact you for payment. No charges will be added without your approval.
FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: Free shipping does not apply to international orders. We now ship to Canada. Please note that we will be shipping all of our products from the US based location and hence have custom shipping rates for Canada shipping addresses. There will be no free shipping promotion available for shipments to Canada. 
Tariffs, Taxes and Duties: We cannot guarantee that you will not be charged any customs, taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to International and Canadian Orders. 
Store Pick Up
You can pick up products from the store. Just select "Store Pick Up" at checkout, pay and once the item is ready, we will contact you for pick up (standard 2-3 days).

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us.  We assure you that your information will never be shared with anyone outside of the company.  We value our customers and their trust in us.
Returns & Replacements, Warranty Items
If you wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in its original packaging, unused. Please ensure that packaging is not damaged or stained. If any item is used or damaged, it cannot be returned. If you receive a product that is damaged, we will gladly provide you with a replacement within 15 days, with proof of damage. Recipient is responsible for showing that the item was damaged prior to her use, or in shipment. You will be required to send picture of damage, or leave the package to be picked up by UPS. We accept any returns and exchanges if you are unhappy with your product within 15 days of purchase, in its original packaging, unused (brand new). All returns or exchanges must be made in original packaging, unused items and brand new. Used items cannot be returned or exchanged.  For all Samovars, there is a 10% restocking fee on all returns. If any of the samovars are used, we cannot take them back. They can be sent back for repairs under warranty accepted reapirs. There is no exception. For all samovars, if used, there are no returns accepted. For damaged items, please email us a picture of the broken item and we will ship a replacement. However, it is imperative that you contact us with any issues with your product within 15 days of receipt. After that time, we are not responsible for damaged items. Often, we will require to open a ticket with the shipping company and you will obliged to hold on to your shipping packaging until the case is closed. We will keep you updated on how long to hold on to your package. Please contact us for a Return Form and accompany it with the original shipment and indicate the reason for return. All products must be returned in its original condition and unused. 

We can;

1)Refund your credit card used for the purchase*
2)Send a replacement if product is damaged or
3) Issue a merchandise credit*

*Shipping fee not included

Please note that all refunds are for the merchandise only and do not include the shipping charge. The Shipping fee is subtracted from the original purchase amount. Please return items in the original package and retain mailing receipt. Return address will be provided with form.

Items under Warranty

For Mulex Samovars and Aksel Turkey Samovars, we have 6 month limited electrical warranty that comes with each purchase. If the Mulex samovars are used, we cannot take them back but will be able to assess the issue and repair it under warranty accepted claims. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from Marigold Houseware. If the damage falls under warranty, we will fix it and mail it back to you. 

For all other Samovars:

There is no warranty. Items are sold as is. If you experience a malfunction, you are welcome to contact us and we will review the problem and if possible, fix it.
